| Everyone is saying to go regular luk after the big bang, because lukless mages are going to suck. Why is this? I've looked at the damage formula, and after the big bang, luk only does 1/4 as much damage as int. What am I missing? |

| I think that the secondary stat of a job will improve accuracy or something. All I know is that I heard people saying that lukless mages, dexless thieves, dexless warriors and brawlers, and strength-less archers and gunslingers will miss a LOT. I dont know really Someone correct me if Im wrong |

| because after BB, Magic Attack will not rely as much on INT... (now it is 1 int = 1 m.att) |

|
Zboi27 : your wrong^^
She is wrong but atleast correct her like she asked. The acc formula for mages still puts more emphasis on INT but your lvl compared to the monster's lvl will have a bigger impact on your hit/miss rate. The only reason that many are saying to go Reg luk is because it will be more beneficial and cheaper to the average player. Here are some reasons: 1. higher lvled equips give better potential stats 2. its cheaper to get higher lvled equips and you can maker them 3. MA plays a bigger role in our damage (acts just like WA now) and many high leveled high MA weapons require LUK to use The exception is if you can afford one of the lvl 130 elemental wands, have uber funding, and/or can get a hold of the new Visitor weapons (and make them permanent if they need be). |

But the level status was correct. |

| Lukless A/m's are not bad after Big Bang: http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/1649971/0/Big_Bang_vs_Lukless_Archmages.html# Just not as good if you have higher funds. Lukless will still be easier and less stress. Lukless Clerics/Priests/Bishops will be "bad" since they have no Lukless weapon to compensate for the need for M.atk. |
