Why do I keep D/cing?

This morning I was just fine, but until now, Ive been d/cing every time i join a part, make a party, cc, exit out of CS, and do any training. Any help?

1. It's Nexon's servers. they aren't good enough. 2. All I know is that Maple seems to work better on windows XP.
