Potential Scrolling Outcomes: 2 vs 3 stats

I have finally had some good luck on my mage, I have passed all scrolls on my major d(^.^)b equips which is awesome considering I've blown up 3 lvl 130 elemental wands already (all above avg and the first one with a 90% scroll o.0) Anyways, out of 9 equips only 1 has come out with 3 potential stats, it was on one of my weapons which I am happy about, but the rest are 2 stat-ed. Is it that rare to get a 3 stat equip or am I just unlucky. They all have decent potential stats and are decent equips (no where near godly), I'm on somewhat of an edge because I am not well funded. Should I: 1. Continue cubing them for better stats 2. Maker a new overall/shoes/gloves and potential until I get 3 stats <--then consider scrolling or scroll first then potential? My LUK is 69 [base] + 18 [4th job medal, white belt, shield] = 87, while I use the lvl 130 lukless elemental wands, I like the look of the high lvl gear (lvl 80 stuff is my fave). Should I just shoot for Timeless gear?

1. You can cube if you don't really like the stats. But don't get too greedy with it. Your NX will run out fast :o 2. The 3 Stat is sorta hard to get, nonetheless, better. You can follow number 1 with it. I suggest you pot first and then scroll. Pot= 70/90% chance of blowing up, and if you scrolled a 21/165 staff and blow it up with a pot scroll, what will do you then? Timeless is good as well, but if you have that much money left, then don't try.

It only took a few cubes on each of my equips to get them to decent stats, none of them give super awesome % boosts (mainly just static stats). I guess it is a matter of greed: do I spend the money to make my equips super awesome now or spend the money to get good/awesome scrolled 3 stats gear which could take a VERY LONG time for me. In the long run the latter choice would be best but I dont't know how far the long run is so would it be better to spend NX/money now or latter? ... I am so indecisive q(>.<)p

i'd go with finding/making your equips until you get 3 stats
