Should I Jailbreak?

I have had my 2nd generation ipodtouch for 2 years and 5 months now and I was considering to jailbreak it.. but I'm very confused.... should I do it? :D Few questions~ What are the cons of jailbreaking? *i already now the pros so meh..* Can I jailbreak my itouch even if its in the 4.x.x software? Are there different programs or whatever its called for jailbreaking an itouch? If so, whats the best or recommended one? Thanks :D EDIT: Downloading the things i need now, redsn0w riight? O_O EDIT2: it is now jailbreaking! :D

I personally jail broke mine so i can get my moneys worth, plus it doesn't void the warranty. Apple seriously has NO WAY of finding out - if you do system restore.

It's barely noticeable if you don't know the machine (aka use it 24/7 X_x) but I'm psyched on getting some smexy apps.

Jailbreaknig makes your ipod/ipad very susceptible to being hacked. And the people who make apps you download lose money.

I have like JB 3.0, 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 on my computer I charge $10 and I do it for people at school easy $$$ takes like 2 minutes once you have the stuff downloaded
