Is it true you can find DB Mastery Books from certain monsters? Anyone know any monsters to hunt?

Yes, it is true. Which ones? I believe Slash Storm drops from Dodo (ToT Boss), Flying Assaulter or Mirror Image from Memory monks (ToT monster), others - no idea.
