lvl 80 quest glitch?

i reached lvl 80, and i got a gratz from cassandra and a letter saying i received an item. but i didnt?...lolwut?

same thing happened to me at lvl40, i think its just a glitch... I dont think you're supposed to get anything at that level

it just tells us every 10 levels for some reason. if you actually read it, it will say you get a mask at lv20, 30, 55, 70, 100. well you get the mask at lv50 but cant wear it til 55 lol.
