Are they all gone now ? And would they work at skeles ?

Ring mules will be gone before the month is over. Sadly, most maplers have become spoiled with the 8x's exp and will now go back to the old 4x.

On the 24th, you will NOT see ring mules at all. The last day to login to an account and go into the cs to get the ring was right before the last patch, July 22nd. For those that logged in and got the ring in the cs then logged off and never got back on it again because it didn't show and expiration date expire 30 days after you logged off that account.
