Back when the rednecks and the yankees were fighting over slavery and other issues [Civil War] there was a Prison camp in Georgia called the Andersonville Prison Camp. After the civil war some yankees were released, and this photo was taken : http://www.spartacus.schoolnet.co.uk/USACWandersonv.jpg He went on to live a healthy life. I dont know how he lived, if you eat after starving you can die of SHOCK, some people liberated from camps in WW2 died after having been given candy bars by soldiers.

This has to be fake. First of all, you'd be long dead by the time you get that skinny. Also, just not eating wouldn't cause that. And third of all, even if he got to that point still alive, his stomach would have digested itself. Not to mention, with that body, he wouldn't have the energy to move, talk, or even swallow something.
