Equipment enhancement scroll?

So I was just killing stuff and one dropped. It said 1st enhancement 80%. So I used it on my black belt and I don't see a difference besides the fact it has 1 star now. What does the scroll do? The stats seem all the same to me.

i dont know maybe when you scroll you get 80% now?

It probably upped the avoid, def mdef and etc.

its like a chaos scroll in that it can add a random amount of a stat to a weapon (it will never make a stat go negative, it can only add a stat anywhere from 0 to 5 I think). planktons1 <-- he is right, I forgot to add that the equip needs to have 0 slots (hammered slots do not matter).

I don't think you can enhance if you have avaiable slots

It adds M.def W.def aviodability, accuracy to things that are not weapons. If you use it on a weapon, it will raise the w.att or m.att, and will often add secondary stats

i used one once. it added +1 wep.def....

[/quote] You do not need 0 slots, you can scroll it with 6 slots left, all you need is 1 scroll that worked/failed on it

I thougth it said that you needed to have all the slots used (relying too much on others for info), anyways thanks for that bit of information.
