Not understanding someone on Maplestory

Honestly I've seen people talk in English and still not understand what they are saying. It doesn't have to be another language, but it's still annoying all together. Some people on Maplestory have the worst grammar. D: It's so annoying especially when they ask questions, and I don't know how to answer them. Can anyone tell me what he's saying? LOLL. I don't think that's any language I've seen in my life.
