I've been hacked. Level 170 Arch mage. Please help

I had 2 accounts. ALL of them had been hacked, cleaned out and DELETED. I had about 1 bill of stuff STOLEN. I have a level 170 Arch mage, who wasn't deleted this morning but stripped. Then when I looked on ranks, she's not there anymore. I recovered one of my account which had nothing in there, and every character i made was deleted. I did gave my passwords and birthdays out to some people, and one wanted revenge on me and threaten to take my account....But they never logged on, i don't know if they were the one that hacked me. I submitted a ticket to nexon already, will they help me?

Since they say that you aren't supposed to share your account information to anyone , I don't think Nexon is going to help you.

Nexon can actually ban you for sharing accounts unless they still give out warnings. And they won't help ou at all cause like i mentioned before about sharing accounts. My motto don't trust anyone in ms not even your real life friends. Your account should be confidential like your bank account. Other than that sorry for your loss.
