Bishop is easy high lvl? - BasilMarket Forum

ummm im not new to the game but ive never made a bishop, cleric thingy and I always see ppl be like "its easy to get lvl 120+ and im not just saying cuz im a bishop" what are they saying! I mean I understand with genesis but dont you already have to get to lvl 120 first?

It really does depend on how you define things as "easy". So far in my fantastic 6 year run of Maplestory, I've been a bowmaster, chief bandit, hermit, white knight, bishop (present), and a nightwalker. By far it really does depend on your playing style. For me I was a terrible bowmaster... I'd get distracted easily and I'd die easily because I wouldn't pot enough. I made a much better bishop even though I'm bored out of my skull. Being a bishop is a whole new bag of chips in itself, it starts off with being slow as paint drying.... then becoming someone's heal mule, then someone's HS mule, then a Gen cash cow. As a bowmaster I had a lot more independance, I felt a lot more free. I could boss almost whenever I wanted. As a bishop, we're almost a dime a dozen, all you need from us is our heal and a noob can do that. My first few days as a ranger saw more boss runs than my entire 45 level career as a bishop (thus so far). If you're looking for an "easy" level, with easy meaning how much physical atention you need to give to the character, yoru meso gain and all that stuff... be a priest. Although may spend part of your career hanging off of a rope pushing HS all day long. If you want a challenge, then go for anything else.
