whenever i play, i people with potentialed items or enhanced items( the stars). Well i dont understand how that scrolling works. i understand the magnifying glass. But i dont understand rare,unique,epic. I want to know the how the %'s work. i see like 6% or 12% or 15%. Is there an in depth guide on potential equips and cubing?

the # of stars is the # of times that item has been enhanced. A 10% int robe would add extra 100int if you have 1000int.
