I am a lv 70 Dk, in Galacia i dont want to farm pink scrolls (takes too much time) I am not good at merching for i dont get items nor do i no how to merch! I have 40mill i want a z helm so is there any way i can make 60mill within a week?

Well, knowing the options you have, and deleting the ones you don't want to do, the only thing left for you is killing monsters for mesos/items. Unless you want to sell NX to trusted people. I am pretty sure you can gift items in Galicia.
