I am level 130 aran with 1 overswing, 20 freeze standing, and 10 in high mastery, 2 points left over for tempest and final blow (when i get the skill books).

No. Nobody is going to accept you with lvl1 Overswing..unless you don't tell them.

what level/overswing level do you need to have in order to be accepted into boss runs?

Shouldnt get you high mastery to 26 and max overswing?

no you have to get to 150 to start bossing as a aran properly

You have FS which is useful, but your OS and HM are far too low. If you bring your own Onyx Apples you might be accepted.

FS is useful...but your OS and HM is too low :/ so I don't think so, unless you're going on a run with friends and they don't mind.
