Dual Blade Mastery Books?

I've been really confused lately about the Dual Blade mastery books. I've seen mastery books that were obtained as drops in the market. Can you use these instead of using the ones from the cash shop?

From what i know, the higher level'd books drop from monsters. The advantage from getting the book from CS is that you get an extra SP.

So far the books I've seen are Slash Storm, Mirror Image, Flying Assaulter, and Mirrored Target(or something like that.) They can all drop from high leveled monsters. Also unlike the NX ones they have a 50% chance of working.

Mmm.. Okay thanks guys. I think I'll buy Mirror Image and Flying Assaulter in FM, and then use NX to buy the Tornado Spin mastery scroll. I really want those extra SP points though. @_@

On a not totally unrelated note: Do the Thorns/SRaid books give an extra SP?
