Fake Gm or what?

Ok so i was in FM and then a message popped saying im possesing a dupliacting item.The msg was by GMRavenSCA and he said my flam katana was dupliacated and said to drop it and it will get destroyed.He said i hav 1 minute to do so or i will get perm banned.So i cced and went to a clear area and dropped nothing happened so this was fake.But only i could see the messages. Has this happened to anyone else?

Well...they're asking for you to drop an expensive item. And for some reason , you get a minute to drop it before you get permabanned. Does that sound like something a real GM would do? :P EDIT: It's happened before. I've seen other threads like this. Just ignore it.

No worries, there's been a few threads about GMRaveSCA. Just another imposter. It's basically just the Cash Shop weather thingy, without the things falling in the background and only you can see it. (Packet Edits)

First of all bro I would like to point out that None of the GM's have "GM" in their names they only have the server abbreviation at the end. Now for your issue it was a packet edit, the person who told you to drop the item figured out a way to send messages to people. Also a gm will never ask you to drop items or threaten to ban you if you don't do what he/she says they won't tell you anything at all you'll just get banned.

It's fake there is a hack out there to where ppl can message only you and it will even come up in blue on ur chat. If it was a real GM they would just ban you no questions asked or 2nd chances so don't worry and ignore/SS and report

Something similiar happend to me a while ago aswell. Some guy traded me claiming he was from nexon and he needed to see my stars...
