Dojo - Solo vs Party

So I am trying to get a blue belt. I still need 3k points. Solo: The farthest I've gone to is Jr. Balrog, but most of the time I can't get past Pixie. Party: We got up to Crimson Balrog, but most of us die at Jr. Balrog. So which one is faster/more efficient? Thanks

Back when dojo first came out i was one of the first to sell balckbelts. I solo'd, and quit before fighting papa pixie. that way each time you go in you kno how many points you will get that round. i ended up maxing the points for each day alot faster then my buddies who were partying at the same time. this was me at 7X Chief Bandit and 1-3hitting most everything except alishar up to papa pixie. now that they lowered the maximum points per day, soloing IMO is much faster

Solo is more efficient when time is considered, but it feels slower since it's a lot more boring. It also depends on how quickly you can kill the bosses. Without a priest Papa Pixie presents the first big obstacle seeing as how he can cast Darkness and Seal. At that point he basically becomes a waste of time. I'd honestly try to get into a party for more fun. Fun is more important than efficiency.

it's extremely boring in solo.. party is much more entertaining.. unless you're with a bunch of useless Arans, then just solo it

Solo seemed faster to me. It takes a while for me to solo the later bosses, but when I go with party everyone but me seems to die... so I end up solo'ing either way. I just ended up leaving and re-entering when I got to Manon simply because it takes too long.

Solo till the first point where you struggle, then repeat. And do this in a party, because if your party members are also Dojoing, their pots will go to you and vice versa.
