Time temple is full of hackers?

i am trying to do my quests at time temple, i see several arans changing channels. when i try to do oblivion 4 quest today i saw hacker flying and vac hacking on my same map with out changing channel. ign is fivefootone in windia. i am really scared. he is 1hitting everything in oblivion 4 map. when i try to change channels at oblivion 4 he still comes in every few min fly vac hacking in my map. when i try to find from other players who train at oblivion 4 they also saw and having same problem. its getting worse everyday. piece of times in windia are down to 3mil in 1week cause of these hackers. any windian players opinion? ch 19 fm 1, ch 1 fm 11 piece of times are 3.2mil o_o they have like 300-400 piece of times in their stores.

Yeah its a problem too in Bera, I cant go into the oblivion maps yet, but I see blaze wizards with their fire punching summon vaccing the blue monks then having their punching monster kill them. Today I saw over 6 different ones trying to take over the same map on all the channels
