How to trade in balrog leather?

I got fur shoes from Bpq, and I want to scroll them with accuracy scrolls. Where do I trade in balrog leather, how much leather does it cost and will the scroll blow up the item if it fails? side note: does the 5% scroll use up a slot if it fails?

Just go with 30% scrolls but You get it kinda random. You can try trading in 5 leathers for the scroll you mght get it. Other then that you can't really choose what you want.

You can trade a Piece Of Balrog Leather for a Balrog's Accuracy Scroll 30%. I don't think it destroys the shoe if it fails. You can find Suspicious Man (the guy who trades the scrolls) in Dungeon: Stairway to the Underground Temple. To get there, go to the dungeon, go to the Cave that Lost Light 2 and take the bottom portal. Then when inside Another Entrance, take the rope down to the bottom floor and enter the portal, Suspicious Man is in the middle of the next map.
