Dunas Package -- Permanent, or not?

I like the way it looks. I don't wanna buy it if it's not permanent clothing, though. Does anyone know if it is or not?

for any permanent nx clothing, you need to pay double the original price. so i doubt its permanent, but when you click "purchase" there's an option where you can choose permanent.

It's not permanent, there's only the 90 day option.
