| It's still possible, just not as effective. But lukless is still the best option unless your uber funded. Luk will not be needed for accuracy. |

However, lukless mages will not be as strong as they are now compared to low luk. |

| Magic accuracy: 1.20*LUK + INT + Accuracy from Equips While you gain a little more accuracy from the LUK stat, you still gain accuracy from INT as well. Thus, I personally feel LUKless builds are possible. However, the main problem is overall damage, considering potential equips and the new magic damage formula. Overall, if you're thinking about creating a mage, good luck with whatever build you choose to go with, whether it's reg LUK/ low LUK/ or LUKless. |

| I really wanted to stay lukless because of all these % equips. I didnt think they could get THAT good. I was soooo wrong. Im thinking of just starting over. OT: Going Reg luk or low-luk is prob best. |

| If you mean after BB... the accuracy is about 90% based on level 10% based on stats. things like luckless mages, dexless wars, strless bow, dexless sins have a bigger advantage at this. |

 | even before Big Bang Low Luk Mages own Lukless Mages.. I capped at 65 Luk and I'm getting 12% Int bonus from 4 of my equips (5 once I get more NX to cube my Glove), which gives me about +80 int, which completely makes up for having 65 Luk in the first place. and that's without having to spend millions either.. granted, I bought some nicely scrolled earrings (9 int 15m.att), but they're only 3% Int, and you can find that stat from farming rose earrings from skeles. My overall is also 3% int and 5 int, also found it from skeles, so cost me nothing. My cape is 3% int and I bought it for 15m, no big deal. Shoe is 3% int and I bought it for 6m, also no big deal. I don't understand why people think Low Luk is so much more expensive than Lukless.. honestly you'd have to invest a lot more into nicely scrolled Int gear as a Lukless mage to even compare to a Low Luk Mage with even 10% Int Potential bonus... |

| @ Green4ever You do know that Lukless can wear equips with +% Int, too, right? You have 15 Int over from your equips but a Lukless can make up that 15 Int you have much easier, if it was needed in this case. Your overall literally cost you nothing. But technically, your overall cost you the value of the overall. If you sell it you can get Mesos from it, so by keeping it you are not getting the Mesos you would've if you sold it, thus the overall is costing you its Mesos value. If you had plain clean equips, you would be 65 Int below a Lukless under the same circumstance. With your current equips, excluding the earring's scrolled stats of 9Int/15M.atk, you are only seemingly ~20 Int over a Lukless with plain equips that cost the Lukless nothing. Your earrings and cape are common equips so a Lukless would have the same ability to equip those equips which means you don't actually take those equips advantage into account since it would cost the same for a Lukless to equip. So in actuality, you only gained a 6% advantage from hunting for equips, which accounts for half of your +% Int, so you are actually weaker than a Lukless under the same circumstance. Thus you are actually ~20 Int lower than a Lukless, whom is also wearing the same cape and earrings, since earrings and cape does not give you an advantage.(It should be more than 20 Int difference since Lukless would get a slight higher boost from the cape and earring.) You are actually weaker than a Lukless under the same circumstances. A Lukless counterpart would be even stronger if they made proper use of their fundings since your shoe and overall would provide funding for more boosts. The fact is you went through all that effort only to be weaker than a Lukless counterpart.
