its a one of a kind untradable. it starts with 5 int and 7 atk higher than normal. and could karma it but what gives is it a glitch?

It's the cassandra thing from the event. I guess you got it some how from a glitch and that thing never expired. I would know because I had the exact same thing (untradable, one of a kind but with expiration date)

There is a Lv60 counterpart of the Lv70 weapon that monsters drop. (In this case, Lv65 counterpart of a Lv75 weapon). I got a Lv60 Doombringer once. It's all untradeable.
