OPQ isn't too fast, but if you can find a party it's some good fun! I trained at lmpq, but it's not awful and I think multiplying your EXP as much as possible at MP3 is a great idea if you can find a channel. I'm just a PQ maniac, so personally I'd do those as much as possible.

yeah go to mp3 until lvl like 60- then try wrs idk if u heal can hit em u can stick to mp3 til 63 and get a new weapon, then heal jesters!

MP3 Definately, just get a key holder to hold down heal while you read a book or something in front of ur screen. When u start to attack nothing, redo the setting.

I think I was at wraiths at 55 then again this was before the new exp curve/pq's that give a buttload of exp and ludi was the only other place to go other then orbis/el nath. I would probably go to mp3 though.
