How To Equip NL?

I am going to continue my NL and I don't know how to equip it. It has absolutely nothing atm, about how much NX do I need to buy to fund it? And what should I buy? I am 65 base dex, and I want to be a Craven user. And have at least a 14 att WG. ty

Considering you are low DEX, see if you can get enough DEX to equip a craven first, then upgrade as necessary.
