I can't make any new accounts...when I try I get an error that says "System error". Maybe nexon suspended creating new accs?

You don't need to make a new account. Just delete the old Aran after it gets to lv10 and you transfer the scroll. Then start from scratch using the same account.

They probably wouldn't do this. They wouldn't stop potential money. Plus, even if they did do this, people with already made accounts can still farm.

first, u don't even need to make new acc 2nd, they mightve halted it again, tho u might just have too many acc for one ip, how many have u made?

I don't think its because of the scrolls.. its the overpopulated server scania. And so I think they put a stop to new account for right now
