what is the Delay for Phoenix?

how many times does phoenix hit per minute? or can someone tell me its delay? like for example hurricane is has a 60 millisecond delay. all help is appreciated. this info will be used so formulate a BM's damage Percent per minute, post Big Bang. all help is appreciated.

spiritrivalPhoenix has an unknown damage formula as far as I know. I don't know how you plan on figuring out the percent per minute, unless they changed summons in the update to be percentage-based.

its changed to 360% damage, but i need t know the delay.
