A solution to Scania/Bera/Broa/Windia

I had a well explanation of this until I hit the back button so I'll just get right to the point. Probelm: These worlds are overpopulated, have the majority of single-server issues Solution: Give them FREE world transfers, excluding them from entering another overpopulated server or the mid-sized servers (Khaini and Bellocan). If they refuse to leave after the event and still the worlds are overpopulated.... Randomly kick people from the world and allow them to continue their characters from the open 5 worlds.

i think after one sever if up to itz limit, nexon will stop letting people transfer there

If they give them free world transfers , then cash shop will massively lag.

Bera hasn't had any crashes. Scania had about 8, Broa had 2 and Windia also had 2. GO BERA =D

Windia is mid-population, good plan if you want to overcrowd small worlds, then we got the same problem, just build bigger servers with more channels.
