You can sell it for 7-8m. You can't trade them, you have to drop it. But be careful, many buyers will ask for you to drop it so they can see it. They'll autoloot it once you drop it and log off. ._. Happened to me

CygnusSyd, you can do the quest one time a week, on a character level 50 and up. You get a random quest, turning in 1m is only one of several possible quests. Also, you do not always get a booster when you complete the quest. 8m is generally correct, though I think they have gone down a little, now that the new item craze has worn off a bit. Keep in mind though, the boosters are not tradable. They can be dropped, which is the only way to trade them, but it is also easy to get scammed (or do the scamming). so careful.
