How do i get rid of keylogger

Call me dumb, stupid or whatever you want but i got keylogged. As of 2 mins ago i found out how i got hacked. I was wondering whats the safest way to remove the virus, so i can move along with my life knowing the password i have stored and such are safe from now on. And If a someone leaves a msg in ur shop regarding u go to a safe website, dont go :P. Cheers

Download malwarebytes anti malware. Perform a quick/full scan. Discover keylogger, quarantine and delete.

Do you have an anti-virus program? If not I seriously recommend the free anti-malware software: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. I has worked well to remove many pesky keyloggers and spyware programs for me. I would install and run this program once (to remove anything bad) and then again (just to make sure it's all gone). After you are SURE that everything bad is removed. You should change all the passwords you have typed since the start of the infection (or as many as you can, just to be safe).

Most times this is not recommended because there are various free anti-virus software out there to remove infections. Viruses can happen to anyone. Don't feel stupid about it. Remember never to go to FREE POWERLEZVEL WEBSORTS or MESARZ FOR $ websites. Many of those are against the ToS and many are scams to get keylogged. If you don't know what the link is, don't click on it. That's probably the most important thing I've learned on the computer. Also if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask.

Just to be clear, you were not hacked. Simply put, hacking involves breaking into a computer. No one broke into your computer; they walked in because you gave them your userid and password. You weren't hacked; you were phished. Phishing involves tricking people into revealing confidential information (eg credit card details, user names, passwords etc.) by means of a fake e-mail or website that appears to come from a well-known, legitimate organization. Sorry for your loss.

you prob didnt get keylogged. out of all the spyware in the world why go for maple? they usually go for credit cards etc. if you lost that many mesos you must have lots of motivation to continue maple

Okay, So what you can do is first of all go to download. com and download malwarebytes Anti-Malware and shut down your computer and press f8 which will give you an option to go into safe mode, then you can do the full scan and it will delete the keylogger. Also you can just do a system restore and restore your computer back like 2 weeks or something. Also try to go onto a different computer and change your info.

I bet you went to the website where someone said they had a video of you, then you updated your flash player? o-o The most SAFEST and EASIEST way is to wipe your whole computer. The only hard part in that is reinstalling Maple.
