ATT or STR pac?

| So I saw these capes. . . 1st pac has ATT +10, STR +5 2nd pac has ATT +3, STR +10 I don't know which one is more important. . .if i get +10str, I can keep my str low & put all the AP in my dex or I can do the opposite & get the +10att. I guess bottom line is, is ATT better than DEX? What do you guys think?^^ |

| aropund 5 dex is 1 atk since slingers dont rly on str as much, this means that the 10atk is way better one question would be can afford it |
