Easy. Step 1: Put on disposable gloves. Step 2: Take his drugs and hide them. Step 3: Call the police. Step 4: Show them the drugs. Step 5: Tell them to check for fingerprints. (You have gloves so obv. can't be yours). Step 6: Your brother gets arrested. Step 7: Your mom comes home and you say some police did a drug bust on your brother. Step 8: Tell your mother that he sold your Wii. Step 9A: Your mom buys you a new Wii and all is well. Step 9B: You never get another Wii and your brother vows to kill you/get revenge/hurt you/sell you for drug money.
