Calling LowDex / Dexless Arans!

So I plan on making a perfectly funded low-DEX Aran and I need your help. How should I distribute my DEX? What are the stats on your equips? Where did you train for every level? What are your equips? (List would be nice). Good items to hunt for potential equips? Extra tips would be extremely helpful, thanks! EDIT: Name your price, I can make mesos anytime over time, I'm not in a rush xD.

[/quote] and you dun fully understand warrior equips either. You dun need dex for any, save for arcglaive, stonetooth, and taru cape

Dex and acc still play apart post BB just not as big, they say every lvl your below the monster you get a 5 % chance to miss. Acc and dex help increase the chances of you hitting. Seeing as ppl usually only train on monsters higher lvl than them, it would be helpfully to have acc

I capped my dex at 40 then AP reset it back to 5 after I got a reasonable accuracy. If you no problems funding your aran I suggest you leave it at 4 but then you'd have to get some low-level accuracy/dex equips or else you'll have a tough time hitting monsters at levels lower than 50. A zhelm is a must and a maple scorpio/karstan is nice as well. Lots of people have been getting some accuracy from earrings, especially the holy cross earrings where you can get a lot of accuracy. Also, you should get a blue chainmail and 100% dex scroll it for an easy +14 dex. Training-wise for me went like this: 1-10 - Job quests 11-20 - Andras Hat Quest, Warrior Training Ground 21-25 - Kerning PQ even though it's bad exp ; a good alt is mushroom dungeon in Sleepywood 26-30 - Kerning Subway PQ 31-35 - Mushroom Kingdom Quests 36-50 - Carnival PQ / Ludi PQ 51-56 - MP3 57-70- Wind Raiders / Balrog PQ Have fun making an aran! One of the most fun classes in my personal biased opinion :D

For sure go dexless. So all points into str! And what the guy said above me with training is similar to what I did. This is what I did, while doing job quests the whole way! Don't forget them! 1-10 Job quests. Should take about 10-15 minutes. 10-20 Pig beach until I could hit things in ant tunnel 2 mini dungeon (I was pretty funded so I went at 14 ish). Didn't have the hat available for arans but now they do, so you should look into that. 20-30 Ant tunnel 2 mini dungeon, Masks (never had experience with Subway PQ so idk) 30-50 CPQ 51-70 I did CPQ2 FWing. You can also do MP3 til about 55. Then WRs til 70. 70-80 Jesters, Wolf spiders if you can survive their high touch damage 80-90 Kent round table 90-105 Gallops 105+ Skeles, Oblivion 4

I went dexless on my aran, and he's lv 112 and counting. I basically did ant tunnel quests/job quests from 11-30 CPQ/Scorpions/sand rats/mutaes from 31-40 PyPQ/CPQ from 40-50. Muddy banks 1/MP3/Crossroads from 50-58 Lower Accent from 58-70 Lower Accent/Homunscullouses (spelling) from 71-78 Wolf Spiders from 78-85 Elder Wraithes/Wolf Spiders from 85-105 Nighshadows/elder wraithes from 105-108 ToT/Road of Regrets 5 on 1 4 hour 2x card every day from 108-112. I have little acc problems during my 50s-70s since I could swap my atk gloves with 20 acc flamekeepers.

[/quote] after the bb it seems warriors will not rely on accuracy nearly as much due to a change in chance to miss formulas that affects them greatly. not to mention those training spots you have now will likely no longer be correct for a given level. as far as getting critical amounts of accuracy goes, nlc pots are something to look at, as are maple weapons for the level range they are good for and possibly even some crappy potential gear that gives acc. by that time they should be fairly cheap.

22 base dex, could have easily pulled off dexless. equips: 26 dex 19 acc ravana helm, 2 slots u/h (self scrolled but i guess would be like 300millish?) egged HTP 400millish unpotentialed (bera price) 18 dex 7 speed 7 acc bottoms u/h (self scrolled but guessing around 150-200 mill -unpotentialed also so price is speculation-) 11 str 4 dex 6 acc 13 speed reverse grabbe unpotentialed 14 BoF with mastery and such this totals out to 168 accuracy clean (currently at 158 accuracy because i switched my ravana with my zhelm to move it to my DB.) edit: forgot to mention that's my accuracy with my PSB not a arcglaive.

another great idea is to cap your dex at 50 and then use str equips, as it's generally less expensive. for example, my set-up: 106 atk 10 str maple board 7/7/5/5 dep star avg z-helm 13 atk scg 3 str 3 dex branch nose 30 str chainmail(my baby) 6 dex 12 acc earrings 5 atk 10 str gaia cape 4/1/1/1 white belt lilins ring 3 combo king and some like 10 spd shoes. this accomplishes several things: my dex is in the 80's(enough for an arcglaive) my atk range is 987-2819(which is pretty good, imo) my accuracy is at 160 w/o having to use my karstan
