So what is the differecnes between the teo pair of shoes? I know they have the same stat but i don't get the level part.

When the Fur Shoes levels it has the chance to gain stats (Str,Dex,Luk,Int).

the twighlight scroll comes from the same pq it gives +4 all stats at a 5% rate

You know the leathers in the prize level in BPQ? Yeah, they are not worthless. You exchange them to an NPC for scrolls to upgrade your shoes.
