You get it by getting 7 of Dr. Bing's Honorary Medals (Etc. Item), you can get 1 of those by finishing all of the stage 1 quests (repeats everyday) The Easy mode boss has 91,200 HP....

its alien, it must have some sort of new skill, maybe a super strong poison or infection that cannot be removed for the boss fight(like a virus that cannot be removed at all)

Gunslinger, sader, xbow, dit and quite a few more. Neat idea though, could be applied to the final cube pq boss which no one has seen.

I'm afraid that they probably won't make it permanent...It may end up being similar to the winter king medal. It just seems a little too broken to give out medals that're better than the lvl 200 medals, especially if you only need to do 7 days worth of repeatable quests to get it. I'll wait until we find out how to obtain these items and how they can be scrolled before I worry about equipping them
