Building a Time Machine quest on Tespia

Is anyone actually doing this quest? I'm attempting it but I'm stumped on the making veggie oil I have to hunt veggie monsters around my level or they won't drop D: so herb town maybe? My Ranger was picked for Tespia and it's 86 hopefully post if you have gotten further or completed the quest and what's next

I just downloaded not too long ago and first attempt it said that there may be a server check and to check the website and my firewall settings second attempt no problem no lag nothing so idk what to tell you :/

It's like an expansion of Omega aliens have attacked basically and no lvl specification so anyone can do it. You help build a time machine and you have to help for 7 days and you get something... not sure yet cuz I've only done it once.
