Windows 7 64 bit Disconnecting at random.

Here I will list serval problems I've had. 1. A previous back ground music is playing eventhough the music is suppose to change. This mostly occurs at random... E.X walking from fantast theme park 1 to hibcuos road 1. Teleporting to NLC from amoria. Walking from henseys to henseys market. etc etc... 2.Change channels = immidately d/c. 3. Going to trade /cash shop = immiatdely d/c. 4.Mulung dojo at manon and BBQ = d/c. And much more errors. Anyone know a fix to this? Anyone know when nexon is going to make win 7 comparable with ms?

Can't be fixed until nexon releases a compatibility patch. maple is a 32 bit program and your windows is 64. A lot of people have the same problem since db patch.

For the changing channels problem, when you cc, try not to move or use any skills for at least 5 seconds.

Weird I have win7 and i rarely d/c. Maybe cause i have 4gb of ram or becuase i have a new laptop.

I also have win7 and 4gb of ram but since DB, ive been dcing all over the place. Especially in the FM (No not from map crash, i know the difference) and BPQ.

i find it odd. i have windows 7 64-bit and its running fine. well besides the lag that doesn't happen on my other computer. and i don't remember changing any basic settings on my comp

im not too sure if this works for windows 7, but it helps me to not crash while boss running and i use vista 32-bit. Go to the maplestory folder and find gamelauncher. make a shortcut of gamelauncher on the desktop. right click the shortcut and select properties, go to the compatibility tab, check the "run this program in compatibility mode for:" box, and select windows xp (service pack 2) in the dropdown directly underneath the aforementioned box. Click apply, then ok. start maplestory by double clicking this shortcut from now on. click "start game" after double clicking and maple will start up like it did before they added the website launcher.

I'm also having this problem.. But, it happens for like a week, and then it goes away for another week.. Then everything starts over again. Its REALLY annoying =(

[/quote] This is what I did to get maple to work at all for me. Maple still has random lags and d/c's me randomly as well, and I have a Windows 7 64-bit too. I think the only thing we can do is simply wait it out, and email nexon a few billion times.
