Scroll or Buy Black Snowshoes?

Hi, so for my low dex Dual Blade, I need some Dex shoes. I want to have shoes with 10 or more Dex. I was wondering whether it's better and more cost-efficient to try scrolling it myself or buying it pre-scrolled. I'm operating on a budget of around 650 mil in total for my Dual Blade so I can't spend TOO much on the shoes since I need other stuff like Wg, Z Helm, Dep star, and other essentials. If I try scrolling it myself, what's the best way to do it? Start with 10%s and throw away the shoe if it fails until 1 lands? Then what? Use 70s and 60s? I have little to no experience with scrolling besides 100% scrolls so yeah.

my black snowshoes are 15dex, and the only money i spent on them was actually buying them, because i had multiple characters do the quest in showa town, to get the shoe for jump 30%, and i got 5/7 to hit

Use 2 30%'s on it. If they don't succeed, scrap it and try again. Then use the rest 60%s. I forgot if there is 30% though, if there isnt, only try to get 1 10% to work on the shoe then put the rest of the scrolls 60%. Black snowshoes have 7 slots, right? Well then you want at least 3 60%s to work. Hope i helped you.

I would scroll them myself if I had that much meso I used over 240mill meso(lawl all my meso) on my dbs equips I never got shoes with dex I'm planning on buying this ninja shoe with 3dex 5jump 4slot and I plan to 60% it I'm only aiming for 5dex shoes but yea

Wow Sakura and the Kitty quest seems kinda hard Also, I think I just ripped myself off. I bought 2 shoe jump 60s for 7 mil. I think they're only like 2 mil each so I blew and extra 3 mil.

Hm you said you are low dex. Most low dex can wear lvl 50 stuff . Why not wearing green goni shoes? you can throw intermediate dex cristal and have 6 dex clean goni shoes. land one 30% and you have 9 dex shoe 4 slot. Thats why i did with mine.. And you wont be wasting more than 10m on doing that..

you only need to be lvl 50 for maker lvl 1

Actually, I think it's level 45 that you need to be for Maker Lvl 1, but I think he gets the point.

Wow, if that's your highest, how'd you manage to make 650m? O_O Whatever you're putting in your juice, I need some of it. If you're after stats, then the level 50 shoe is the best way to go, in my opinion. Too bad it won't have the Spikes effect that Snowshoes have.
