Mistake in Enhancement

To the Basil staff: One of your items, the Advanced Equip Enhancement Scroll is incorrect. The ADVANCED one starts off with 100%, then decrements down to 30% as the lowest. The Equip Enhancement Scroll has the description that you have for the ADVANCED Equip Enhancement. Please address to this as this may be misleading to some of us (like me). Thanks in advance.
