I've checked the Basil auctions, and they're around 20m. Some guy in-game tells me that I'd be lucky to sell it for more than 1m... What's the actual value of this?

It'll go for over 1m definitely. I've never really seen any common price for Bucc skillooks. It just depends on the buyer and how desperate they are.
