Can Mechanic get resistance ring?

| So i saw on this fourm http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/1554787/ scroll down to The Big Bang it said they will be coming with rings and same stats as aran ring well i was unsure if Mechanic also get them it just said it was released with battle mage and wild hunter but when mechanic relese will they also be able to get the ring? |
