There is a submit a complaint button for bbb as well. we should all complain to them that they have horrible customer service and they do a poor job managing the game. netflix has had to send 2 notices to them telling them to give me my nx and they ignore everything i say to them. netflix says nexon is failing to honor their promises to give everyone nx. it is annoying

The only headaches I get from the Nexon America company is from MapleStory. So far Mabinogi and Dungeon Fighter Online aren't giving me problems.

I did the Netflix thing, and I have recieved NO Nx. I have sent in a complaint about Nexon not JUST about this, but about the RANDOM banning's of TWO of my accounts (IKeep them seperate in case one gets hacked) And BOTH my 144 Sair and my 121 DrK are banned for "Hacking" They have horrible customer service and I wish Wizet was in charge again We should start a petition... If they can get a colorblind option then they can fix other things as well.
