LEVEL 100 OMG! Should I make my guide?

YAY! Exctiting. Should I start making my WH guide now? Or just wait til 120? Yes it is easier to level. Because kMS got a huge EXP cut. More than 50% on most levels. 42% at level 200. But guess what. gMS isn't getting the EXP cut. We don't have x2. We don't have x4. You guys have had a 25% exp cut for over 20 patches. XPLOSION has existed. This is our first EXPcut. You guys may get it. But not right away. Don't cry. don't complain. It's obvious. So. No flaming here. no questions about it. Leave the thread and ask.
