What are the chances of Nexon reading the tickets?

Because I've farmed about 50+ Scrolls from the event thing. But my guild is enforcing every member to log in a ticket and as far as I know 70+ submitted a ticket about the so called exploit which is not an EXPLOIT. Kinda got ticked when my guild leader enforced it..

There's a 1/34678899987542113470097356 chance of them actually fully reading a ticket. Most of the time they read the first to words and then pick the most fitting automated reply. So worry not, they most likely won't read them.

only when a bunch of people talk about the same thing does your ticket get answered then it get auto relpyed to and closed if you get an actaul gm then its like 1 and a mil

sometimes they do look at tix i sent a tix in about getting hacked and though its still being researched it was read and is still opened by a GM
