A bit of a problem

Okay so yesterday i tried to update my players on basil and make my aran my main player. but there was a problem, it said that they couldn't find his name on the rankings, when clearly he and my even are in the rankings. so i sent basil my ign for my aran and what world he was in... but today, it still says the same error for both my evan and my aran. does anyone else have this problem? i haven't tried with my outlaw, and i don't want to lol...
