why polearms are so expensive?

One can cost up to 5 times the price of the same atk as a 2h sword.

my 109/9 heaven's gate got it for 30m. I see on basil a 104/12 karstan is around 150m. I'm using a 93/7 karstan on my lvl 81 aran, its just the ridiculous pole arm prices.

I think even a clean Karstan can outdamage per minute it (for arans, that is). The Karstan gives 35 ACC too...
