When I tried making an account, it says "system error" Is nexon preventing any new accounts from being made until they fix the event up?

Its not a glitch dammit, its supposed to be that way about the scrolls (Official Site)

@above, I didn't say it was a glitch and nexon has every reason to change the event so it at least gives a 40% untradable scroll like it does for other jobs.

You dont need to make new accounts for a scroll... just a new character...
