I didnt really know what to title it but i got a Red Hwarang Shirt from Cold Eye or one of those mobs, and i used a magnifying glass on it and it became +18 accuracy and its clean 7 slots. So i was wondering if its good, really good, bad? And how much can i sell it for approximatively. Thnx

but is it good for that level or not because my friend is like OHH ihave a lvl 100 top with like 20 str... and im like mine is level 30 and is clean.
