DBer Mastery book question

OK, so today, I got the slash storm mastery book and I used it. When I used it, it was still level 5. And i re-read it in the CS, and it needed to be level 6 or higher. I have no NX ATM and i wanna level it up... so is there any other way to get the book back?

O.o dude, If your saying that when you use the book and nothing happens, it's because the book let's u continue using it like you can make the slash storm go up +3 if you put on slash storm.

lol learn to read. it clearly states: Raises the mastery of the skill to 20. not the skill level. if you dont use the skill book the master level it 5. now its 20. now you can make it lv20 by putting +3 each level.

if what they think you asking is correct then they answered it right, however if your saying that it was supposed to raise it by one to lvl 6 and its still lvl 5 then thats a bug and you should report it.
