Its 6 slots though... Friends scroll failed... Galicia. Boosts range for about 400ish when 100 combos for me.

That would be a good PA if you can scroll it nicely, but at this point 30%s are too risky. This is why it's always better to scroll first then potential, cuz potential stats can change, slot stats can't.

Hmmm I wouldn't pay more than 30 mill for this PA, but that's just me. It's a bit harder to put a price on potential items since the standards changed...
